Will this fit my slab?

SlabGuards are cut to a standard-size graded slab, and we've tested them across different graders' slabs - they fit the same. Oversized slabs (the larger cases some sports cards are graded in) will not fit.

What are the SlabGuards made from?

2.0 mm anodised aluminium, cut to ±0.15 mm of a standard graded slab. It's rigid with no give, built for slabs that live on a shelf and get handled often.

How do I seat the guard?

Corners first, then press the long edge home. It takes about three seconds with one hand. If it doesn't seat cleanly or rattles once it's on, something's wrong - email us a photo and we'll sort it.

How fast does it ship?

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Not currently - NZ-wide only for now. MintX is an online-only store based in Auckland.

It arrived damaged - what now?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement on the next courier run, no cost to you. See our refund policy for the full details.

My sealed box has a small dent in the corner. Can I get a refund?

Very minor dents or bends in the corners and edges are normal on sealed Pokémon product and come from the manufacturer, so they aren't eligible for a refund or return. That's why every sealed box is sold with an acrylic DisplayCase. If a box arrives crushed, torn or opened, email us a photo within 7 days and see our refund policy.
