These terms govern your use of the MintX website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About us - MintX is an online-only store based in Auckland, New Zealand. We sell SlabGuards (protective frames for graded trading cards), acrylic DisplayCases, sealed Pokémon product (Elite Trainer Boxes and booster boxes), booster packs, and graded single cards.
Products & pricing - All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and update or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product photos are representative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur between batches. Sealed product, booster packs and singles are limited stock, and prices can move with the market.
Orders & payment - Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or a pricing error is identified). Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout at the time of order.
Pre-orders - SlabGuards and DisplayCases sold on their own may be offered as pre-orders when they are out of stock. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives, and the listing shows that it is a pre-order. Sealed Elite Trainer Boxes and booster boxes are never sold as pre-orders: when they are out of stock they show as sold out.
Sealed product and DisplayCases - Each Elite Trainer Box and booster box is sold with the matching acrylic DisplayCase, added to your cart as a separate line at its normal price, to protect the box in transit and on your shelf. The cart keeps the number of cases matched to the number of boxes. SlabGuards and DisplayCases are not MintX-branded products.
Graded singles - Graded single cards are one-of-a-kind items. Each listing shows the card, grade and condition as we describe it; check the listing and photos before ordering. Singles are sold with a SlabGuard, as shown on the product page.

Returns & refunds - See our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, so please check the product page before ordering.
Sealed product condition - Sealed Pokémon product (Elite Trainer Boxes and booster boxes) can have very minor dents or bends to corners and edges as supplied by the manufacturer. This is not damage or a defect and is not eligible for a refund or return. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Fit disclaimer - SlabGuards are made for standard-size graded slabs; oversized slabs will not fit. We describe fit compatibility as accurately as we can on each product page (SlabGuards and DisplayCases), but it remains your responsibility to check that a product suits your specific slab, box or item before ordering.
Trademarks - Pokémon and related names, card artwork and logos belong to their respective owners. MintX is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; they are used only to identify the products we sell.
Intellectual property - All content on this site - including text, photos, and the MintX name and branding - belongs to MintX and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability - To the extent permitted by law, MintX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, beyond the value of your order.
Governing law - These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Changes to these terms - We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
